- When an appointment is made we will be there on time. We know you have other things going on in your life and do not want to hang around for people who turn up late.
- We will respect your home and treat it as if it were our own. Well not quite as you wouldn’t want us raiding the fridge and sticking the footie on but you know what we mean. We will not wear dirty boots in the house, will use dust protection, and tidy up after we finish at the end of every visit.
